About me

First of all: Thanks for getting here. I'm Guido Schoepp, living near Bonn, Germany. I've done quite a few of analog photography starting with a Bilora Boy, upgrading soon to a Canon AE-1 Program and finally grabbed a Canon F-1 New, which I owned in 1988. Up to this time I preferred black-and-white and forwent any kind of color processing.
So while being a little experienced in photography in general I'm a newcomer in color and digital shooting. I waited until 2002 buying my first digital camera: a Sony Cyber-shot DSC P-5. Today I'm using:

  • Canon EOS 400D
  • Sigma 18-50mm/2.8
  • Canon 200mm/2.8
  • Velbon Sherpa CF-540 with Velbon PHD-41Q
  • Retro Adapter with 50mm/1.8 and 24mm/2.8 FD lenses
